Requirement :
High School or similar Qualification
Good appearance and kind attitude
Should be Good with Language English and Arabic
5 Year Experience in Administration
Airport Experience will be preferred
Nationality – Kuwaiti Only
8 Hrs Duty – Weekly one day off
Age – less than 30 years
Responsibilities :
Preparation and Structuring shift duty schedules for penger service related shift staff
To give an administrative support to Penger service head supervisor for efficient operation and performance of penger services in target facilities including with Operation and Maintenance Manual and Standard of Procedures
Preparation of progress billing invoice in accordance with actual working hours and days of penger service related shift staff
Management of complaints by the public or related parties
A good understanding of the airport layout and ociated controls functionality in order to efficiently manage penger service during the daily operation of the airport and direct the response staff to the incidents
Communication with Airport Operation Center and Airport Operators for a seamless operation of Penger Service
